After finishing the readings for the week, identify a recent leadership article or book that you have read. Then address the following issues: How did the book or article challenge your thinking? In what ways did the new knowledge make you change your leadership behaviors or practices? Relate the article or book to a classic theory of leadership or organizational behavior that you have learned in other courses (LMX Theory, Hersey Blanchard, Vroom and Jago, etc.). In what ways did the book or article seem to implement the theory, or how could the author's recommendations have been improved by application of the theory? In other words, perform a detailed critique of the article or book using the theory(ies) that you have chosen.
