To do the following project, you must use the file called borderCrossing.csv. Do NOT convert the file to an excel format, you will receive a ZERO if you do not read the data from a csv file. Write a program to do the following: . Read the data from the borderCrossing.csv file. Under the Border column, change the following data: o "US-Canada Border to Canadian" US-Mexico Border" to "Mexican" Under the Measure column, change the following data: "Rail Containers Empty" and "Rail Containers Full" to "Rail Containers." Truck Containers Empty" and "Truck Containers Full to Truck Containers" Once you've changed the data in the two columns above, create an Excel file named "BorderCrossingClean.xlsx". Only copy the data from the following columns in the order below: o Border o Port Name O State o Date 0 Measure O Value Please note that you will NOT be copying the Port Code and the Location columns.
