Brady Ltd is now considering expanding into America. This operation would involve the acquisition of a factory, the purchase of several new motor vehicles and a new distribution unit. In order to fund the expansion, extra financing will be required by Brady Ltd.

At a recent Board meeting the expansion was discussed and some Board members wanted more information before looking at financing options.
