Company project: After securing a $450.000 contract, the company aims to complete a two-storey extension for a client, increasing the floor plan of a four-bedroom home to a six-bedroom home with one additional en-suite bathroom.
The work breakdown structure (WBS) will include:

The extension will take seven weeks to complete, and project management will include:

The first part to be conducted in pairs and the second in a group of three to four. 1. 2. With you playing a project manager and your peer playing a colleague, you must: Use the documents you have created in Activities 1A, 1B, and 1C, and outline the agreed schedule baseline to your peer. Ask them for their opinion on the schedule, and make any changes you both think necessary. With you playing the project manager and your peers playing the stakeholders, you must: Communicate your final schedule to relevant stakeholders and ask for confirmation of understanding. |
