Planning Phase 1 What are 3 of its 2023 Marketing Objectives? For simplicity purposes, (e.g. increase sales by X%, launch a new product, refresh Brand A, increase units sold by Y%, etc., etc.). Please also ensure you examine the companys Mission Statement (which is readily available on the companys website) so these objectives (even made up) align with them.

Planning Phase 2 . Perform a Situation Analysis using the SWOT paradigm. Remember that strengths and weaknesses relate to internal factors while opportunities and threats correspond with the external environment.

Implementation Phase 3 In the first step of the Implementation Phase, complete a Segmentation, Targeting & Positioning analysis as it pertains to your 3 identified objectives. Outline how you are segmenting your market(s) Based on your segmentation findings, which target market(s) will you be going after? Please do research to provide sizing of your target market(s) as well What perception are you expecting your target market(s) to have as it relates to the 3 objectives (positioning)?
