Draft a memo to Mr. Jones outlining the tax and non-tax advantages and disadvantages of the entity types available to Mr. Jones. Download the attached memo template (BusinessEntityMemo.docx) and save as lastname_memo.docx (replace lastname with your own lastname). The body of your memo should be between 250 and 400 words. Keep the memo formatted as it is in the template. Do not change the font. Remember, you are writing to a client. Write in your own words. Keep it professional.
