Johnson admitted that (a) the dog was large, was mean-looking, and frequently barked at neighbors; (b) the dog was allowed to roam wild; and (c) the dog frequently chased and barked at cars. He stated, however, that (a) the dog was friendly and often played with is and neighbors' children; (b) he had not received previous complaints about the dog; (c) the dog was neither aggressive nor threatening; and (d) the dog had never bitten anyone before this incident.
