***BUSINESS LAW/LEGAL HELP***

Below are the list of points to discuss. There is NO word requirement, just as long as each topic is discussed. Possibly 3 sentences or so for each topic. This is a discussion post not a paper that needs citing and such.

1. Discuss both the commerce clause and the supremacy clause and their impact on businesses.

2. Discuss the tests used to determine whether a law comports (behaves within the rules) with the equal protection clause?

3. Should U.S. courts, and particularly the United States Supreme Court look to other nations' laws for guidance when deciding important issues including those involving rights granted by the Constitution? If so, what impact might this have on their decisions?

4. Discuss the 14th Amendment and the importance of it for businesses.
