MT marketing agency traditionally required their employees to work from the office prior to COVID-19. With the prolonged existence of COVID-19 and lockdown regulations, MT marketing agency management has decided to change their traditional work environment to hybrid workplace environment to be implemented as a long-term strategy to alleviate the COVID-19 impact and align the business with the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). The hybrid workplace environment will require MT marketing agency employees to work from home and work from the office only when necessary. The management team has agreed that Peter and Nqobile will be the drivers of change and the following benefits to both the employees and the organisation were identified.
