c) In reflecting upon your advocacy approach, you remember that the group continually experienced difficulties in working together to implement strategies. While stakeholders initially worked well together to develop the advocacy strategies for their campaign, a lack of leadership and poor communication and coordination among these stakeholders made it extremely difficult to implement these strategies effectively. Often, stakeholders were unclear about what was expected of them and would disagree about how to implement strategies, often taking it upon themselves to deviate from the agreed-upon action plan at the last minute without notifying any of the other stakeholders. This poor coordination led to several strategies being completely changed or not being implemented at all. Stakeholders would also routinely fail to keep each other informed about each other's progress, often dropping out of contact for months at a time, and failing to notify each other promptly about issues as they arose.
