C++ please

Code displays 5 options (chest, arms, legs, Cardio, and back) once user picks a option, the program displays a list of exercises pertaining to that option For example, you pick chest option, program displays list for chest exercise. Then you can press the H key for the program to randomly pick 5 exercise from the list and displays it. Then you have an option to exit out the program. You can display exercises from as integers to get it randomly for the H key part.
