The file is in the format of {{row}, {row}, ....}The input file will look like this
input.txt:

So I want to ignore the letters, the curly brackets, and the commas. Then just the numbers read into a two dimensional array to create an easily accessible 5x5 matrix.
So I want the matrix to be in a two dimensional array that then I'm able to find the closures for(reflexive, symmetrix, and transitive), so the file is being given to me in that format above^^ and I want to take those numbers and make them into a matrix.
