you may use your phone as your point of contact for friends or people you contact frequently. You may keep notes about how you you met them in their contact information, or even name (Adam D&D). Now, it's time to write a web page to help add and remove contacts. Don't worry, you can put fake names and contact information, maybe your favorite celebrities.

Write a Multi-Page Web App w/DB that does the following

• Contains class to save name, phone number, address and note
• Displays a page to 'List Contacts'
• Displays a page to 'Add Contact'
• Displays a page to 'Delete Contact'
• Connects to a database
• Is deployed to Azure
