Can a child enter into a legal contract?

Please use at least three (3) of the following research techniques to develop four (4) searches to research the issue:

1. Nesting
2. Keywords
3. Phrase term

Use each search to research in Westlaw Campus and/or Nexis Uni to find the following:

1. One (1) relevant statute
2. One (1) relevant cases
3. Two (2) other legal resources

In an office memo, include the following for each resource:

1. Please include the searches along with each resource's name and bluebook citation.
2. What does the resource say about minors and contracts?
3. Use all of your research to determine whether or not a child can enter into a legal contract and explain the analysis behind your decision.
