Another research that examined the impact of different styles of leadership within corporate America as it relates to student academic and nonacademic outcomes. The data revealed that the stronger effects of school leadership were associated with promoting teaching learning and development (Kirtman, 2013) Therefore, considering a school a complex system, developing effective school leadership is a fundamental piece to bring academic improvement demonstrated by the students' academic performance within corporate America (Marzano, Waters & McNulty, 2005). Teachers are recognized as the most relevant factor that impacts the students' academic achievement. However, in the business world the focus is often on generating the best conditions for learning and developing a corporate culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion for cohesive collaboration among employees to produce high economical and financial expectations for organizational and corporate prosperity (Robinson, Lloyd, & Rowe, 2008). Therefore, school leaders and corporate leaders are responsible for creating the appropriate conditions to thrive and perform at high levels which finally should be reflected on improving achievement of all invested persons. Impact of Implementing and Developing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within Education and Corporate America for Improvements and Successful Planning Researchers agree that educational leadership is a relevant factor that contributes to improve students' successful educational outcomes.
