Can someone explain to me how the relationship is unary?

From what I can see is there are two entities, Product and Component, therefore it should be binary?

Not only that, but the cardinality and modality on the Product side shows two bars, and on the Component side we have a bar and crows feet.

Because of this I would think the relationship would be a One-to-Many Binary?
