Can someone please answer this question urgently. (In 30 minutes if possible?) TO BE DONE IN JAVA

Consider the following scenario:

In a railway reservation system there is a train Shatabdi Express with train number 1011. It has total 300 seats. You have to write a program where passenger will have passenger name, address and mobile number and also set a manual exception if passenger wants to get a reservation and available seats are 0 or less than whatever requested by the passenger.

Design a program for the above mentioned scenario in your own way.
