Can you check the context with the Memo structures???

You are Vice President, Product Development at Modus BioSystems. Modus has been considering branching out from human healthcare products into veterinary healthcare products. You have looked into the question and see several advantages and disadvantages to expanding into veterinary products. For example, profit margins in such products are pretty low, compared to human healthcare products. But on the upside, the regulations governing veterinary products are somewhat less demanding. Also, many veterinary healthcare products are just adapted versions of human healthcare products, and such adaptations are cheap to develop. Finally, the market for veterinary healthcare products in Canada is relatively underdeveloped, and you are pretty sure that Modus would be able to gain market share quickly enough to justify a substantial initial investment without jeopardizing the company's financial stability. You believe that veterinary healthcare products could serve as a stable, long-term source of income that would help shield the company from the ups and downs of the human healthcare products market.

IMPORTANT: In the middle paragraph of your memo you should present your argument. The argument should give your conclusion and at least two premises supporting it. You must useat least twoargument indicators (premise indicators and/or conclusion indicators - see readings for what those are), andboldthose indicator words.

Subject: The drawbacks of expansion to veterinary healthcare products

Among the dilemma of diverting human healthcare products into veterinary healthcare products, I found it highly risky to proceed with the conversion of veterinary healthcare products.

Despite fewer restrictions on veterinary products, the profitability of veterinary healthcare products in the market place has relatively low profitability, unlike human healthcare products. In addition, veterinary products are lagging relatively behind in Canada; in other words, they have a high probability of jeopardizing success. Therefore, with the low profitability and the high likelihood of failure, Modus should not diversify into veterinary products.

Please make a presentation to Modus' executive team, including the critical drawbacks of expanding into veterinary products, and if you have any questions about diversion to veterinary, let me know.
