Can you provided a comment to this discussion: Well i think that the superior model of organization is a pluralist model because the pluralist model share different leaders and power can be held responsible through the elections and the community. I think that the organization is more accurate to representation of reality to the elite model and concentrated relatively of people that has included business and financial leaders. The people have felt the voices that are not being heard. I also think that the reality can combine with power and influence distributed unevenly. I think that people should change power pluralist and get more involved in their communities and organize unions so people can speak out.
