The sales manager of Toyota would like to know the sales performance of the model of Corolla Cross in Klang Valley. He believed that the time spent for advertising in radio station, number of sales people in the dealership and whether the dealer offer full-refundable booking fees service have impact on the sales. In order to verify his claim, he collected data from 12 dealers within Klang valley in January 2023. The data is recorded in Excel sheet named Toyota.
