Case

Paula, who is blind, applies for a job at Quantity Corporation for which she thinks she is well-qualified, but for which she is rejected. Quantity claims that Paula will be unable to function effectively in the job because the job involves duties (e.g., reading company documents, preparing reports, conducting online research, etc.) that cannot be adequately performed by a blind person. Quantity eventually fills the job with a sighted person.
