A group of stakeholders need to be involved in a program to review and evaluate an organisation's products. These include a mix of internal stakeholders (department managers and employees) and external stakeholders (manufacturers and third-party sellers).

Each stakeholder group will have different perspectives about the review and will have their own needs. Internal stakeholders will be looking at product sustainability and longevity in order to maximise customer interest and profitability for the organisation. External stakeholders will be more concerned with maintaining their distribution and supply lines, so they do not lose out on business or profits.
