On 5/8/1443, Murad responded with his approval. He sent the email. While sending the email, Murad pressed the word Undo Send. Murad modified the content of the mail stating that he wanted to cancel the request. On 9/5/1443, Murad phoned the store to order two boxes of XYZ perfume. The store employee told him that the store had an offer and that the total price would be 500 riyals. The employee also offered Murad to register in the My Points program to get the discount. Murad provided the information required to complete the registration, which includes his mobile number and email. On 10/5/1443, Murad was contacted that his order was ready for collection from the store branch. Murad went to the store and received the order in a decorated box and paid the amount of 500 riyals (the value of the order). After returning home, Murad opened the box, and there was only one box inside.
