Your responsabillities:

Provide support in the coordination of Development and Training programs. Dual Professional and support in coordinating the selection of participants.

Create training plans for participants together with the destination department.

Contact person for Ministries of Education, institutes, participants and destination departments.

Support the monitoring of Dual Vocational Training students during their program and provide support in monitoring their career plan once incorporated.

Coordinate collaboration with institutions, schools, etc., to raise awareness about dual programs.

Prepare reports to monitor the different development programs.

Support the organization and management of other programs such as the travel of collaborators abroad within the Lidl group (e.g. business trips, deals, transfers, assignments, reporting, etc.).

Your profile:

Completed university studies.

Essential advanced level of English (minimum C1), valuable German.

High capacity for planning and organization.

2 or 3 years of previous experience in a similar position.
