Case study Ministry of Education seeks to achieve sustainable and comfortable education for all students across the Sultanate. This goal is achieved by providing schools in every populated area. According to the five-year plan, the ministry is striving to build nearly 250 schools in the various governorates of the Sultanate. This would raise the quality of educational services provided to citizens and guarantee the educational's right for all. Ministry of education is aiming to execute 13 schools project in different governorates in Sultanate of Oman which includes, but not limited to, engineering, construction, completion, and warranty using EPC contract. This project (13 schools) is part of five-year plan. The Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) for the 13 schools project consists of personnel from the MOE and from Out house resources. The objective of the IPMT is to provide professional management and subject matter expertise to assure the safe, timely, and cost-effective completion of the project.
