CASE STUDY MISS MICHELLEMiss Michelle teaches Grade R at a Pretoria primary school. She plans her lessons according to CAPS. She uses resources and concentrates on play$-$based learning. She is concerned about a group of learners who cannot master patterns, functions and Algebra. They also cannot handle data. The majority of the class cannot retell a story or sequence the events. Miss Michelle used rubrics to assess the learners level of telling a story and sequencing events.
