Changes of global TV industry

The first television was invented in 1924 by John Baird, a British electronic engineer;The 1950s was the era when television began to popularize. In 1954, RCA company in the United States launched the first color TV.

Sharp, Panasonic, LG, Samsung and other TV industry giants have established production bases in China. Since 2000, most TV sets in the world have been made in China.

In recent years, these multinational companies and even Chinese TV manufacturers such as TCL and Konka have also transferred to Southeast Asia.
