Changes to Patient Satisfaction? In 2011, when the Baylor Scott and White Hospital polled a random sample of patients, 82% rated their medical care as highly satisfactory. However, in April of 2013 the hospital surveyed another random sample of patients. Respondents were asked to rate their satisfaction of their medical care. Only 623 of the 1005 respondents rated their medical care as highly satisfactory.
