$1)$ Using an appropriate framework analyse the main external isues from the Macro Environment that the chosen organizations manager might need to be concerned about and identify two key opportunities and threats of the organization.

$2)$ Analyse the organization's internal enviroment using appropriate forms of framework and identify the key strengths and weakness of the organization that the managers need to be concerned about.

$3)$ Identify and analyse the strategic options for development$($competitive strategy, strategic direction and strategic methods$)$ pursued by the chosen organization to respond to the environmental assesement in question $1$&$2.$

$4)$ Attempt to identify some distinct capabilities for the organization by explaining how managers deploy resources and competencies to achieve a sustained competitive advantage.
