In addition you are required to explore the strategies for promoting self-care and building resilience for nurses working in the palliative care practice setting. You are required to: 1. As part of this discussion briefly describe how you would recognise emotional and physical exhaustion in your colleagues and in yourself (i.e. 'burnout') and the strategies nurses can use for building resilience and promoting self-care when caring for dying patients and their families (500 words). 4.
