Cinta Sayang Bhd borrowed RM3 million from Bank Plain on 1st July 2021 under fixed charge over land in Kuala Kintar, On 30 July 2021 , Cinta Sayang Bhd egistered Bank Plain in ROC as their creditor. Later, due to some financial difficulties Cinta Sayang took a floating charge over all its machines on 3rd January 022. Cinta saying forgot to register them as creditor in the ROC. It later borrowed another RM5 million from Bank Special on 25th March 2022 . This security was or a loan of a fixed charge over its office building in Johor Baharu. Cinta Sayang stated to face financial problem whereby they couldn't pay a total debt of RM 6 nillion to their supplier. Recently, in Jan 2023, their staff made a petition to the labour court requesting for their 3 months salary and 2 months allowance. Cinta ayang Bhd Board of Director has declared in March 2023 that the company will be appointing liquidator and all the company transaction will be frozen by the ourt due to compulsory winding-up.
