Clayton handles most of the renovation work themselves with the exception of Electrical installations, where licensed sub-contractors are utilized. These costs are shown in the external rate. Additional costs are shown for special equipment rentals and commence on the day the corresponding activity begins. The following rates may be used to provide cost estimates: Internal rate: $800/hr (includes labor, benefits & overhead External rate: $7500/8hr day (includes supplies) and applies to activity F - Electrical (Sub-contract). Non-working days include: Saturday & Sunday. 1st Monday in May and 4th Monday in June.
