comment on my post: I believe the estate taxes is resononbale, and make sense to me. I can see both sides but I am used to this because it has been implemented for so long. Without estate taxes a lot would change. I read a article that explained why the estate tax is not needed, and it made sense to me because some businesses do shut down due to the high tax rate they must have to pay. Another interesting fact stated by Kevin Dayaratna, "In fact, a Heritage Foundation study estimated that eliminating the death tax would result in an average of 18,000 private-sector jobs annually and would boost U.S. economic growth by more than $46 billion over 10 years due to increased investment" (2017). This is something I believe is true, but how do we know this is true? So in a sense, I think estate taxes should be stopped to allow the economy to grow
