Comment on Russ Roberts' video on "The Wonderful Loaf". 

1. Are you surprised that we need on central direction form government for the market to work? Think about your local grocery store. You don't tell the store when you are going to arrive and you don't tell them what you plan to buy, but if they are not open when you arrive and if they don't have in stock what you want to buy, you are going to be very upset and never shop there again. 

2. How is it that this problem never happens to you. The store is always open and always has what you want to buy. Economists call this process "spontaneous order". 

3. What causes this order to happen?
