Communication Plan - Begin this section with a description of the importance of addressing communication needs during project planning and make sure to address all the elements of the narrative requirement. The communication plan is typically illustrated in the form of a table that lists the types of communications that will take place during the project and, for each one, the sender, the receiver, the timing or frequency, and the method of communication. Lead the section with a brief introduction/explanation. Please note that this plan can and should be updated as you proceed with the project planning process. The version you will submit in the final report can be different from the one you will submit here.
