Companies often document how business processes are to be performed by depicting the processes in a business process model. Likewise, when a business process needs to be changed or improved, the newly designed process will typically be modeled to illustrate the future process. Therefore, an understanding of how to model business processes will likely be needed in your future career. This assignment provides you with an opportunity to model a commonly understood business process using a business process modeling tool. Please produce one business process model (in a swimlane format) that represents how a "sitdown" style restaurant provides service to customers. The process model should reflect both the perspective of the customer, as well as the restaurant staff. Assume that a reservation is required in order to be seated at the restaurant. The restaurant requires the customer to contact the restaurant via the phone to request a reservation. The customer, if desired, may request an alternate reservation time if the requested time is not available. The customer may make alternate reservation requests multiple times, until the requested reservation time is available, or until they choose to not eat at the restaurant. Also, assume the restaurant has a policy that any concern/complaint with the meal or service will be presented to the manager. The manager will speak to the customer, and if warranted, will provide the customer with a $25.00 gift card redeemable at a future visit. 1. The model should contain at least 5 roles, representing the customer and the different roles within the restaurant. 2. The described reservation process must be included in the model. (See rubric) 3. The described customer complaint process must be included in the model. (See rubric) 4. Three additional, typical processes performed by a restaurant to service a customer must be included in the model. 5. The model should have a professional appearance
