Compare profiles of temperature, salinity, and density for two years at a site in the Eastern Tropical North Pacific https://floats.pmel.noaa.gov/ and find the data for profiling Argo floats in the Pacific. Argo profiling has been done by buoy 5841 now located at about 87.781 oW, 9.964 oN latitude in the eastern tropical North Pacific since 2012. As for the above, retrieve data for this float, make plots of temperature with depth, salinity with depth and density with depth. Compare profiles from 4/07/2014 with those from 4/02/2016 (when I was out there). Compare the results with the profiles you generated above. Why do you think there were differences between years? Why do you think there were differences between this site and the one in the South Pacific? im pretty positive the sigma theta is density then the pressure=depth, temperature and salinity but im not sure on how to plot it. thank you!
