Compare your personality test results with your classmates (Protagonist ). Discuss with your classmates how understanding your own personality would assist with engagement in the workforce. How would human resource leaders modify their communication style as a leader of an organization?

My personality quiz results were that I'm a consul, meaning I'm caring with a social personality always eager to help others. My energy was 61% extraverted which means I'm openly enthusiastic and excited when I'm involved in social events. My mind was 54% observant meaning that I'm down to earth, and focused on what's happening or what could happen. Nature has 63% feelings which means I value emotional expression, sensitivity and prioritizing empathy as well as social harmony and cooperation. Then the tactic was 57% judging which does mean what you might think it means or what I Thought it meant instead it means organize, decisive, and thorough clarity. I definitely prefer planning over spontaneous winging. Lastly my identity was 57% turbulent which says I'm self conscious, sensitive to stress, success driven, perfectionist, and eager to improve.
So now after taking this test and reading my results I feel it's been pretty accurate. I listed the results above and the meanings and that's the proof that I'm a consul. I am down to earth, sensitive, helpful, focused, value emotional expression and social harmony. Organized and a perfectionist, self conscious sensitive to stress success driven and eager to improve. These are all the attributes of my personality that I agree with and what makes me who I am. I think my attributes would help me as a HRM and that id be very successful because of my results because I can use these different parts of my personality to better serve my company and get along with my employees and employer. I'll be organized, understanding peoples emotions,and as helpful in any way I can be. Therefore I believe that I'll be a wonderful HR due to my personality results. Thank you for reading my post. Once completing the Myers Briggs Personality Indictor Test my results came back as a campaigner. I feel the test was accurate with the results. My results are as follow:86% Extroverted, 69% Intuitive, 75% Feeling, 58% Prospecting, and 64% Assertive. According to Healthcare Financial Management being a feeler I need to be able to have the hard conversations even tho I am trying to keep the cohesiveness of the team. Being an extravert I need to learn how to sit back and allow others to have input in the conversation. Being an intuitive I need to not just look at the big picture and all the possibilities but narrow in on smaller thing when it comes to the project. I believe some of these qualities are true but each one has its extremes and people fall some where on the line.
