Scenario

You are hired as a new project manager for Satellite Solutions (SS). They are a rapidly growing IT consulting support company looking to expand globally.

In your first meeting with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), he seems aggressive. He expresses their past frustration with three previous project managers and their lack of flexibility and management skills. You can tell he has little to no patience and want immediate results. He has changed his mind about the direction of a new project five times. You reach the impression that change may come throughout this Project.

SS's website is bland and unattractive to many of their viewers. Navigation is a challenge, and many visitors leave the page within 2 minutes. In addition, their current website keeps crashing due to increased web traffic. SS currently receives between 50,000 " 100,000 web hits a day (This is expected to increase to over 200,000 in the next six months). Their current website vendor has stated they cannot accommodate the amount of traffic flow anymore.
