It's organizing those goals, it's gathering people together in person or in thought, and it's guiding movement toward change. I think some people could probably be in leadership roles in any aspect whether they knew about it or not. There is a certain type of infectious personality that people just often want to follow. However, even if that piece doesn't come naturally, part of leadership is gaining, or more likely earning the attention and the trust of others. By doing so an effective leaders can lead a group or team of people toward a shared goal of social change. In general, I probably do not make the best leader. I am a much better and enthusiastic support person. However, if I were to be a leader, I am extremely hard-working and very tenacious. I tend to be non-judgmental and more curious about people.
