Create a program in Python that mimics an Online Banking System.

Request input from the user

Ask for a username and password

if the correct username and password are entered, display the menu

the menu should display to the user options such as "withdrawal", "deposit", "balance inquiry", and "exit"

every menu option should be a function and every function should display a new balance

the beginning balance should be initialized to Zero.
