Considering my present characteristics and experiences as a Paraprofessional, I've come to realize that excellent communication, adaptability, collaboration and organization are among my greatest strengths. Another is my ability for clear communication of difficult concepts, strong performance under pressure, and cleaning and organizing my place of work. I am aware, though, that there are several areas where I could do better, like assignment and time management. I often take on a lot of work and find it difficult to prioritize things well, which might make me feel overwhelmed. I will learn more from people who have more time than me in my work area about how they carry out their daily tasks
