Contact a local organization of your choice. Ask a minimum of five managers within it to complete the ICON checklist, and then calculate what the mode of focus of the firm is. Discuss the extent to which there is agreement among the managers with regard to model of focus, and evaluate whether this mode of focus is appropriate given the business environment in which the organization operates.
