The next day Shane travels on the train to Katoomba to collect the car, but Melissa's mother tells him that she does not mind the car and is in fact using it frequently. Is there a good consideration and a contract? What can Shane do?

You look through the website and select an ePhone smartphone you wish to purchase on credit. You are first asked to fill out the loan application with your details. The next day you receive via email an approval of a loan to purchase the ePhone you selected. Upon receiving the email, you go back to the website to purchase the ePhone, but you are informed that the retailer is currently out of stock. Do you have a binding contract for the purchase of the ePhone? Are you bound to the loan contract?
