Are companies legally liable for sicknesses related to the coronavirus or other similar forms of communicable diseases? Should companies adjust company policy/procedures to protect against potential liability? How should companies respond to the potential that workers may fall ill if exposed at work?

Discuss whether companies who use "Essential Workers" should be held liable in torts or in criminal law, for not protecting workers?
