Corporate culture is complex and takes years to cultivate $($good or bad$).$ Managers have a big role in this process since they deal with employees on a daily basis. My managerial adjective is empowering. If I can empower others in ways that allow them to contribute above and beyond their normal job description, they feel valued, have a sense of belonging and feel greater self$-$worth. This is so important on an individual basis and contributes greatly to an organization$$s overall culture and climate. We all want to work for a company that feels good!
