Course Project $2$ Job Hierarchy

This project deals with establishing a job hierarchy. Establishing a job hierarchy involves arranging jobs in order of their importance to the company. To complete this project $(1)$ read each of the seven job descriptions carefully, $(2)$ choose compensable factors $$ justify selection of compensable factors, points assigned to each factor, and to the levels of the factors, $(3)$ develop a job evaluation instrument that incorporates the compensable factors $$ support your rationale, $(4)$ evaluate each job, and $(5)$ arrange jobs according to their value. Describe the steps taken to complete the project and provide an analysis of the project report.
