$2.$ Team Kick off meeting identifying roles and responsibilities, overall timing and

key tasks that will need to be done to meet your launch date of Sept $3,2024$

$3.$ Store Design and Layout:

$1.$ Develop the store design and furnish with shelving, displays, desks and seating

etc. $($think about what all is needed here, what do you need to purchase, how

will it be laid out, who will do the work, how much time will each of the tasks

$1.$ Determine what computers, supplies and services will be offered in the store.

What tasks would be needed here to complete this? Research with students to

understand their needs. Establish competitive prices for the computers and

$1.$ Source and secure supply vendors. How will you go about sourcing? Will you do

an RFP$?$ Ordering of the materials and inventory? Think of this for the final

design and layout as well as for the products that will be sold in the store.

this process look like? Job descriptions developed, posting of positions,

interview process, offer process, onboarding, and training $$ all this needs to be

done in time for the launch! Think about when this needs to be done in the

timeline.
