Create a training program for new leaders at company X. At minimum your program must include:

1. A description of thel six pitfalls of leadership (found here https://exceptionalleaderslab.com/leadership-pitfalls/). What are they and what impact do they have on employees?

2. A strategy for preventing all six pitfalls. Each pitfall must have at least one strategy that summarizes how leaders can avoid the pitfall altogether.

3. Finally, a strategy for mitigating the impact of all six pitfalls. Each pitfall must have at least one strategy that summarizes how leaders can minimize the damage caused if they find themselves in one of these pitfalls.
