Create dummy variables for all categorical (discrete) variables in the dataset which take on multiple values/levels [for instance, marital status, but not displaced or gender (they are already dummy variables)]. Drop the first value of the categorical variable when creating the dummy variables. Store the results in a new dataframe called data.
